Moved from Melb to Perth many years ago.
It's not all WA folk.
Purely the Perth-born and raised.
I have friends that were born in Albany, Geraldton, and other large regional centres.
These are surprisingly level-headed intelligent folk.
If I speak with a person at a conference, or pub, etc, I can judge with a few minutes whether they're from a regional centre.
The difference between moronic Perth sh1tstains and country folk is remarkable

He was gifted a rare opportunity and blew it. Arrogance and incompetence are a bad combination.
He doesn't appreciate how he lucked in with an incompetent selection panel/board.
A more introspective guy would be humble by now not narky.
