Just finished the 3 hour Plugger video. It took a few viewings to finish.
One big take away is that modern players are higher skilled is a complete myth.
Yes they are bigger, stronger, faster and more fit. But skills have not improved anything like we have been told.
It was quite amazing to see players not turn to their preferred foot because they could actually deliver accurately on their non preferred side.
It was eye opening to watch players like Cuz go in the best direction and then drill the pill. Almost unbelievable these days.
Not try and move around so they could use their right boot.
And the 20 meter plus handball should come back.
