It is difficult when you so obviously have 2 sets of rules for either side - the Umpires have most obviously been rewarded with money to influence the result.

The real problem with this cheating is that they pluck a holding the ball, similar to every other contest in such conditions, to reward their corrupt benefactors by giving a goal.

Holding the ball going the other way is non existent including holding on to it for an eternity in the tackle before attempting to get rid of it.

There is absolutely no doubt that the umpires are on the take - and they bet (which is a statement of fact).

The joke of these State Leagues now is that is all about the AFL - so why they even have a premiership ladder or play finals is beyond me.

If you qualify by playing enough vfl games and not enough afl games then you should qualify.

There shouldn't be any "but if you play the last game in the afl you can't play finals in the vfl s***"

Having said that, if there is a quota of 14 or 16 afl players allowed to play then that is fair enough.

Sandy just need to stop hugging the boundary line... They've been doing it all year!!! It's why their accuracy is so poor!!

They are alright if they get a run on, otherwise poorly coached team!!

Lee or Shenton should have gone back after having no influence forward... Probably Lee who's dominated defence for two seasons. Because something works one week doesn't mean it'll surprise and work week 2
