Saying that Tony Lockett wouldn't get a game nowadays is silly...

If he did not get picked up .... He'd play locally and kick 200+

Then play VFL and kick about the same

Then I think afl clubs might take notice.... Skinfolds or not.... I reckon 8 goals a game would get past that

Plugger
Banger
Roo
Lenny
Loewe
Nicky
Max
G-Train
Burke
Milne
just missing out but could easily be included
Chips
Spud
Aussie
David Grant
Tim Elliott

I didn't consider Barks, Burns, Joffa as they really were from the previous era, notwithstanding they may have actually played a season or 2 in this particular quarter century.

From the last 25 years.

I thought for sure...

1. Lockett
2. Harvey
3. Reiwoldt
4. Lenny
5. Milne
6. Win mar
7. Loewe
8. Burke
9. Gehrig
10.frawley

Sure I've missed a couple..
And none of them good enough to win us a flag

Six debutants for the Saints so far in Season 2024. :D
