There is a far simpler way to see who is telling the truth. Andrew Demetriou on 3AW this morning said that Sam Gilbert had signed an affidavit testifying to the fact that he had taken the photos in Miami last year as part of the injunction process. To lie in an affidavit is the equivalent of committing perjury in a court of law. No lawyer would advise Sam to sign an affidavit for anything but the complete truth and in this situation he would have been acting under legal advice.
