i mean who'd want to wear blue anyway?
but seriously, he's at home at the moment, prolly buying some property and is rapidly becoming sick of the place looking forward to coming back down under.
ireland is in a heap at the moment. they are asking europe for money. civic pride is at at all time ebb. no-one has any money and everything is a mess.
someone is sponsoring him to play football in australia and he's on good money, the only thing that would make him want to stay in ireland is pity.

And the other side of the coin is that he is a project player who the Saints have given an initial 2 year commitment.bigcarl wrote:Maybe he's given himself one more year to crack a regular game in the seniorsTeflon wrote:his words like "I have 1 more year..." to me sound like a man with one eye on home already.
Given that, it would be a bit presumptuous of Tommy to talk about anything beyond 2011. The reality is that St Kilda has to want TW to go beyond the 2 years as much as the man himself wants to continue.

Good signs early. We are expecting Tommy to play senior football this year, which will mean that he will be elevated during the season again.
Hope he has a great pre-season and gives it a real crack in 2011.
