im prob gonna get abused for saying this, because all the attempts ive seen so far i wouldnt have a clue how to do on a pc, and i admire everyones efforts..but here goes.

dont used the players heads in the banner..for christ sake.
i like the duds effort, but without the giant black cross.

i actually think the writing style of the CURRENT one is great, but instead of the stars above the i's and the 'dot' before com, have three small squares in proportion to the lettering with three colours, red, white and black. if they seem too small and the colours dont stand out, then increase the font size.
then underneath have the description about how you guys sponser gilbs and Geary
something like....
"proud sponsers of Sam Gilbert & Jarryn Geary"....like most of u have already said

honestly the one NOW is the best one i reckon, just tweak it a bit.

and just to add i think its great that you guys sponsor these youngsters, i didnt know this. Gilbs is a fantastic young player, great at running the lines i reckon.

This one is brilliant, I love it... but again, like another poster said, the big Jesus cross does concern me a little bit... actually alot.

the rest of it is perfect though.
