Pretty sure VR, Steven and Conners will play. Not sure on Chivers but didnt get much of a run last week so probably play. they will rest a few named i think.
Both look fit and are invaluable in the season proper and considering their age, how much time do they need?
Lance or James??
There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)
"Also I look forward to seeing Gram play in a similar role to Raph last week, and show how good he actually is. Play him on S. Johnson perhaps? "
Steve Johnson is not named in the Geelong team.
This is from the Geelong web site:
"Brad Ottens, Tom Harley, Steve Johnson, Jimmy Bartel, Gary Ablett and David Wojcinski will not play after helping the Cats to a first up NAB Cup win over Melbourne."

Actually looks like the game could be a good comparison of both teams 2nd tier players.

I hope they don't break Eljay, poor little tyke! He'll wanna be quick on his feet...
I recall Bakes pulverising young Brad Dick from the pies in a NAB challenge game last year, Eljay had best steer clear of Mooney, Milburn and co
I was wondering how people think we will go with VR and Rix in the ruck tomorrow compared to King and Gardiner last week as they did provide plenty to the midfielders.

Hopefully Rix and VR have improved over summer, that's all i'll say. I haven't seen either play in the ruck this year.
After seeing King and Gardiner play, it's 65% about the hitouts, and 35% about positioning, screening, and providing protection for your ball carriers at the stoppages.

Is this your way of saying that M Gardiner is out as well as King??

It would be interesting to see how VR goes against MBlake.
It would give us an ide of where VR is at.
