I always reflect and take learnings

Making the same mistakes over and over again by not reviewing performance is the hallmark of a poor organisation

We made the most horrible list management and recruiting decisions (and development strategies) between 2008->20014 that we could not possibly recover

After making great decisions between 1998-2003 which set us up for sustained success from 2004-2011
