Poor coaching, injuries, lack of contemporary role models in seniors, low operational standards. It's a wonder there is still a chance they can become more than useful.

Coffield missed the entire 2022 with injury.
Clark also has had a wretched run and has had no continuity. He seems cursed. Maybe he goes in too hard.
Both are quality players and I’m hoping they get some luck and that Ross can find the right spots to get the best out of them.
