Well everyone is entitled to their opinion just like Lovett is entitled to the presumtion of innocence.
It will all come down to what 12 people consider is reasonable doubt and what isn't.
It will come down to whether the recollections of others present are considered to corroroborate her story.
Without knowing the full story I personally think it does not appear good for Lovett, ofcourse he hasn't had a chance to present his defence.
We will all have to wait and see.
