Percentage was vital to keep intact, and we did that . Could of easily been blown off the park and lost by 70+
At what point in that game did we ever look like getting beaten by 70?
At any minute.... collingwood crucify sides in 15 minutes

For where we are at,a 19 point loss is as good as you can expect.

We won the tackle count 76-63, and the inside 50s 54-48. Plenty to like about that performance, and the boys will get a huge dose of belief from those numbers.

What's this the Pies weren't at their best???

You reckon we were at our best???

They were practically full strength whereas we were missing our no 1 mid and probably our 2nd best back for the year not to mention our no 1 ruck from last year

If weren't for our appalling turnovers we would have gone close - probably won - something to look at and work on

Pies were like seagulls - just waiting for a dumb kick and we happily obliged

I was wrong.
Roo hasn't got the ground ball skills to play anywhere
except as a lead up forward.

There you go.

Just that little bit of poise at crucial moments lacking.

Much to like.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'
