Couldn't have put it better myself.

agree.....supposed supporters advocating or who advocated trading him are.... well....f-wits...plain and simple....
Which would be the same people that declined pick 12 for Armo.plugger66 wrote:stinger wrote:Johnny Favier wrote:+1.Junction Oval wrote:With a bunch of young kids, we need the grunt that Armo offers in the centre. With Lenny gone, we need him to lift a lot this year. It's his challenge to do so.

No player is untradeable if you get way overs what you think their true value is. Luckily we have people who know more than you running the club.

In theory yes. Anyone is tradeable.elizabethr wrote:Why would you trade the next Captain?

shakes head....con...con....Con Gorozidis wrote:Id take pick 12 for Armo but I dont believe it was offered. If it was maybe they wanted 21 back.
But straight armo for 12 id have taken.
Having said that - along with Jack and Roo - hes probably our most important player in 2015. Top 3 for sure. Possible Skipper in 16 or 17.

Stinger are you still writing letters threatening to withhold money from the club over the Stanley trade?stinger wrote:+1....a voice of reason..elizabethr wrote:Why would you trade the next Captain?

Absolutely, Con. The next two to three years are crucial for the development of our young midfielders. At this point, Jack and Armo are clearly our best two in the midfield and it would be madness to trade either of them. It would be a case of one step forward, two steps back. You build a midfield over time, piece by piece. Those two are the foundation stones, whom you build around.Con Gorozidis wrote:For me armo and jack are easily the two most important blokes in the side.
If either of them is injured or off form we are going to be absolutely belted.
