I disagree, if we don't win the wooden spoon this year, we won't win one. From next year onwards we will improve each year. We are only going to lose Hayes at the end of this year. With the inclusion of Dunstan and Billings we will be able to cover Lenny's loss. And if we are really lucky Acres could be as good too. Besides, Lenny is not as good as he used to be. Our problem is when Rooey retires. We don't have a replacement yet. If the reports are correct regarding Hugh Goddard then we just have to get him this year which means we can't afford to win more than another couple of games for the rest of the year. Although I was upset we lost tonight, in the end it could be a blessing in disguise if we can recruit Goddard Mark II.chook23 wrote:What turnaround...........
