and if in that time he hasn't won a flag , Freo would be unlikely to extend his contract any further .

look for me i think enough time has past since that day when ross packed up his bags to freo ... with a fair bit of reflection during this time on how Ross was with St Kilda, how St Kilda was with ross lyon , how Lyon is with Freo and how Freo is with Ross Lyon ive come to the following conclusions on some strongly held beliefs :

Fully concur, and is essentially what I have been posting since RL left.

The other points I would add are:

* That apart from time, that we as a club had a period of too many years where our recruiters were simply woeful in the draft (I think are trades were by and large ok)


* That Westaway and Co will go down as one of the all-time pathetic Boards. Footy First swept to power, but off-field have been grossly incompetent. They have blown our chance to consolidate when were on top. The gullible blame it on the St Kilda Schoolgirl "affair".....rather than on Board who should have had all before them to Seize the Day, but who instead turned us into an off-field ravbble.
