I saw Wright and Curren at Chaddy and the pair of them looked absolutely stacked with muscle he will be a big unit. Lewie looks like he's about 12 years old still. Simpkin can haul some weights too. Rhys, Saunders and Rooey looked like there was a bit of competitive bite in the boxing sessions too.

Does our altitude room consist of a pop top jayco with the oxygen vents covered and the heater on? Heat training is just what happens when you don't have aircon.

When I saw Wright last year I was thinking he would end up having a Judd frame.....Incredibly lean and muscular.....After seeing a few vids and pics recently he looks to be building a Chappy type frame. He's incredibly advanced for a 19 y/o.

I'm not sure how they replicate the altitude training. I guess the oxygen levels would be regulated. I've trained with gas masks on and that's incredibly difficult when compared to training without them. That's suppose to be similar to altitude training from a oxygen regulation perspective.

I hope he becomes another Chappy. In that 2009 GF it looked like Geelong were men playing against our little boys. We don't seem to have had many real nuggets for years. Armo is the closest thing to it I can think of. Markworth looks like he has a good frame to work with too.

just looking at some of the latest training pics, newnes and seb ross to me look like they have afl size body now. milera looks like his a lot bigger too. was hoping tom hickey would have put on a bit more beef, lots as thou his running strongly thou. jacky billings looks very small, saw him out at the conti over new years break and looked like your typical 18 year old body, so I don't see him playing too many games this year but I really hope he does

Have tried to ring twice this week to renew my membership.

Got a phone message saying the office is closed for the summer break and will re-open on January 13th.

It's now JANUARY 29TH !!!!!!!!

This is unforgiveable considering our circumstances.
How many potential memberships have evapourated ? I realsise diehards will call back but some considering it for the first time might give up. We need all we can muster.

I'd be happy to mind the membership line on a volunteer basis, as no doubt many of you would if you had the time.

Can't let these calls go unanswered.

Need every member.

I'll try again.
Would have done it online but can't find my wife's login code.

But how many callers would think this is pretty unprofessional and not ring back?
Jan 13th was OVER TWO WEEKS AGO !!!

In response to my email, the Club tells me that there is an IT problem with their switchboard.

Perhaps they should email their database and encourage online memberships until it's fixed. Failing that, use Facebook to communicate.

Clearly communication is still a big issue.

Rang again today to buy memberships.
They've finally got rid of the "ring back after Jan 13th" message.
But now you get told "Office hrs are Mon to Fri from 9am to 5pm"

How many memberships are we missing out on with people ringing after work or on Saturdays!
I can't believe how unprofessional we are!

I managed to find the letter from the previous season with my wife's Account ID.
So I logged on to her account and paid her membership - all good. :D

Then I logged on to my son's account
- it came up with $97 owing as a student member
- but when you click on the payment screen it demands $199 full membership
- tried repeatedly but always starts off asking for $97 but flips to $199 on the payment.

So logged on as me.
- says $199 owing
- but refuses to go to the payment screen
IT WON"T ALLOW ME TO PAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT A USELESS RUBBISH THIRD WORLD SYSTEM

So I'll STILL have to ring them up to pay (between 9am and 5pm).
