That was plain mismanagement, plain & simple. We would hope that with a new list management team & staff - that the priority would be to not have some stupid issue like this rearing its head again.
What stupid issue? Sydney offered him more money and his Irish mate talked him into it.

A) Lack of Opportunity
B) Salary Cap Pressures

He didn't deserve a game this year and he has never played a senior game, so both your issues are irrelevant.
