Thanks for the photos SainterK and the usual good report from Tony74. I was halfway there in the car when it started to rain and the wind was strong, so I decided that I had better things to do and went back to the office - should have continued on ....

stanley is looking a bit bigger in the arms.

I know it has become more of a running game but I think blokes like Zac, Cahill, Lynch, McEvoy, Gram etc could do with some more muscle (strength) to improve there ability to win one on one contests. Compared to some of the younger players coming through for the pies, Hawthorn and Cats our blokes look like tooth picks.

The new training facility reminds me of a secret hideout or something... you have to travel through these little back streets... and for a second you think you've got yourself lost... then the giant goal posts sticking out guide you the rest of the way.

You would never know it was there.

would be good when the freeway is complete to have a road facing sign with the Saints Colours and logo- so anyone taking that curve would see the brand

Zac has almost no muscle definition on his skinny arms at all. No wonder he gets outmuscled so often in marking contests. At least up forward he can be damaging on the lead. Makes me wonder if he's put the weight back on that he supposedly lost the summer before last (or if he lost more weight when he had gastro the other week)?

Arms are not really going to help too much in marking contests. It's all about core strength. Squats and deadlifts is what he needs, you can leave the bicep curls for the nightclub pretty boys.
