Is she sick? Or is she bad/evil? Most likely she’s a combination of both.

Unfortunately the society we live in has made it virtually impossible to force someone, particularly a child of her age, to get help. And her actions and social media rantings suggest she’s a long way from voluntarily seeking help.

So to the law makers of this wonderful country and state I ask; what do we do about her?
