As defenders you'd have to say Walsh, Simpkin and Clarke have it all to play for today. Reckon it's very unlikey that Dempster will play this week.

Ok, excluding out of form blokes we have 6 possible outs next week.

Goddard- Head/neck
Dempster- Concussion
Lynch- Finger
Blake- Knee
Peake- Suspension
Montagna- Suspension

I don't think there's anyone who wouldn't realistically be a chance for a spot with a good game.

agreed. if the above outs happen i'd like to see the following come in:

Goddard-> Clarke
Dempster-> Baker/McQualter
Lynch-> Kozi
Blake-> Walsh
Peake-> Ledger
Montagna-> Smith

Lynch and Blake out injured.
Why would Lynch miss with a dislocated finger?
This article reads that it was a compound fracture. If so?? he'll be out for a few weeks at least.

If he needs an operation then he will be out but if he doesnt you would think he will play. A compound fracture usually does mean an operation though.
you dont say

Sandy reserves have been beaten by 70 points. Dore, Stapleton and Cathcart the only shining lights with each getting over 25 touches

Tom Ledger having a shot at goal... misses. Sandy 0.2 2 Werribee 1.1 7.

Bloody radio streaming is terrible, I have no idea what's going on.

Now 1.4 10 to 3.1 19 as Werribee put through another. Due to the schizo streaming I didn't catch Sandy's goalkicker.

Ricky Ferraro goals for Sandy. Majak Daw off the ground with an apparent ankle injury.

Magner got a free for a high tackle, 20m out - goals and puts Sandy in the lead 3.4 22 to 3.2 20.

Commentators are talking about Walsh being the X-factor for Sandy off half back.

Brett Lovett apparently very happy with the work rate, high number of tackles for the quarter.

Second quarter - goal to Magner.

McQualter gives away a careless 50m penalty allowing Travis Tuck to goal for Werribee.

Zebras on a run now, couple of quick goals has stemmed the bleeding and got them back in the game.

Simpkin getting a wrap, followed by a couple of skill errors. Tommy Walsh stepped over the line when kicking in.

Heyne on fire!!

I'm starting to like him, might be our Paul Chapman. I think he was likened to him draft day.

It was Jack Steven that was compared to Chapman that day.
Heyne is much more like Ryan O'Keefe from Sydney.
