Not sure if anyone reads this, but I found it on bigfooty when looking for a bit of info on Polo.

Thread started by a Collingwood supporter on bigfooty, before the draft, wondering if it was worth the Pies taking Polo with a late pick.

Also seems not everyone was actually against the idea (well prior to him being taken by St Kilda, when suddenly it was unanimous that he was a spud)

If Dean Polo had've simply been a 24 year old midfielder who had been playing good footy for Coburg, instead of being a Richmond listed player, it would have been an inspired, Barlow/Pods type selection with our last pick.
