And compare their training centre to ours.

there's so many variables that contribute to the current success of the team and the club. there's no coincidence that the drafting of luke ball and darren jolly has taken swan, pendlebury even thomas' games to new levels. bringing on board max hdugton, scott watters, paul hudson amongst others has helped immeasurably too.

the team ethos above all else ensures that you do not need to be an out and out star to get a game. you just have to know what to do and do it well.

additionally, the vfl team and the development academy set in place a few years ago has allowed those on the periphery and challenging for selection to be AFL ready when they're selected.

there are a myriad other reasons that contributed to the improvement of the team.
