assuming we win tomorrow, would baker be a better match up for a collingwood forward? or would he be too slow?

I reckon he's done for the year.

You wouldn't throw him into this sort of pressure unless you were desperate.

If he plays I'll be very worried.

Who could he play on? i think his only hope was the Cats.

He may be able to deliver first up in a home and away game after such a long absence... not in a Prelim or a GF, IMO.
