He did not play at all this year. He played in the reserves and had a few injuries. Jason Blake and Matt Maguire play different roles. Jason Blake has a tank - Maguire does not. Matt Maguire had the turning circle of an elephant - Blake does not.
If Maguire was a bona fide AFL player why was he not playing in the AFL with us at all?
On the flipside of course Reincarnated can speculate at what our medical staff has said to Maguire and company about his leg etc etc. It could all be part of the longer term plan to get him back fit and accustomed to running around aggressibely for 2 hours.
Recarnated guesses we will all find out in around a week.

cause i work with kids and ever since that wanker wat ever his name is that talks in the 3rd person from the wrestling they start to talk like that. but the good thing is they stop after a lil while when the realise they sound like idiots... pity a 4 year old can see that and you carnt... Ross saying he is a 'bona fide' AFL player doesnt mean anything, that is what makes him trade bait. Well we could try tading a vfl quality player but I doubt anyone will bite.
I love Goose, always have and have been waiting around for what seems like forever for his 100th. But it is not fair for him to have to sit on the sidelines watching his AFL career slowly slip away. He would want to be out there, and if Ross can't make any promises he may well want a trade.
