I agree . This is a $25 mil business. it is going to have legal fees, and this total does not seem high. According to the 09 annual return , most of this was to gdanski's firm, but his website says that his firm , fetter gdanski, they are property specialists. I dare say this was for all the legals for barristers and solicitors with the moorabbin and seaford property law work.
And on all club legal work, I'd rather it be done by insiders such as directors, so that confidential legal work inolving the club and the afl and the players doesnt leak out. . And the annual return says they put a lot of money back into the club.
The issue I wonder is whether we should expect that with nettlefold being a friend of the fox sons, (he brought one to a function last year) we might see the Fox walet creak open..?
