Ok, to speed things along I'm going to start a new thread asking for poaters to commit to shares (each share is $15) in the 2009 Sponsorship.

This thread should remain as a discussion on which player(s) we should sponsor.

Just pushing this thread up the list so that we can have as wide a discussion on who our intended Sponsored Players should be.

So far we have had nominations fpr (in no particular order:-

Core Group ($1500 cost)
Gilbert
Blake
Raph Clarke
Geary
Dempster

Development Group ($1050 cost)
Steven
Allan
McGrath
Connors

and Ben Cousins (no idea of which group he'll belong to)

Personally I'd go for:

Core player:
Blake or Raph

No change from yesterday.

From those that have responded it would appear that the 'Core' player most fancied is Raph Clarke in front of Jason Blake.

The 'Development' player most fancied is Jack Steven.

Since we need to advise the Club by 5pm on Monday, if there is no change over the weekend in preferences then I will advise the CLub of our preferred players
