Goddard and Roo are worthy of it, but they've had their numbers for over 5 years now, and should keep them as is until retirement.

Retire it for all of 2009, and then give it to Raph Clarke in 2010 in honour of a stellar season in 2009 :)

It's just a number for goodness sake.

Robert Harvey does not want a song and dance made of his number.

The only other Saint I can remember that created so much emotion was Trevor Barker, and there have been plenty of No.1s since then.

Love Harvs and what he's done as much as the next saint, but i think he's number should just be passed down to the next youngster in line, and he be made to feel no extra pressure (if possible) to perform than any other kid...

Nothing should be left in the past, the game never stops moving, and nor can we...
