I am not sure what you mean by didn't train?

He was not part of the main group.

But BJ was on the field.
Did some handball drills.

Then joined in briefly with some of the field work that the main group was doing.

Probable may be a bit strong. Possible.

Remember that Scott Burns trained strongly last week but did not play.

Its all player management...

We have very little injury concerns. Almost negligable.

I reckon Ball will play. Granted that session was only at 60-75% across the board, but he was moving freely. I only went to training to watch him...and I didnt take my eyes off him. I reckon he's right.

Was very, very upbeat. Players were happy, laughing and SHARP. Hardly saw a ball hit the deck right through.

I mainly watched him too.

He looked good.

But equally, he did nothing to realy stretch his hammy out...

Gp toa site such as www.photobucket.com and createa free account.
Upload your pics to it.
Once done you will see boxes with image options for forums.

Juts cut the url.....which has the square image brackets

ie

and paste it into a post...and it should work.

Didnt kick the ball on his left once either.

He will pass his test. As Lyon said, "check all the boxes".

Ducks and drakes until gameday anyway.

I must say though, he is still rediculously conditioned. Luke ball has the most insanely cut calf muscles I have seen on a footballer. He is just carrying no body fat at all..

We need him...He's fit and ready.

BJ said in a recent interview that Bally had been doing a lot of bike work etc to keep his fitness up.

Bally like the best players has a huge WILL to succeed...and so I have no doubt he has maintained his fitness.

was atleast running and using the ball- a fortnight ago he was only in the gym but that was an improvement to watching as he had the week before that
