I don't mind admitting here mate that when they played "time to say goodbye" as "Buckets" vacated the stage, the old Jiggster was a mess!!
Then again, the result didn't help!!!!!!

It will be difficult....for many a player just retires from footy so what?

For others a large part of their enjoyment, to some a hero, leaves the game for good. Its worse with Harvs than the others - even Burkey - I think its cause you knew Harvey was so roundly respected by the ENTIRE football world (something St Kilda hasnt always been) that you tend to put him on a mighty pedestal. He always stood for something good and honest at times in our clubs history when others couldnt spell the words...

He deserves it.
