We made the age old mistake like so many teams including ourselves made in the past.
Instead of pursuing our youth policy, we tried to fill gaps with discards from elsewhere.
We didn't continue the build by recruiting the best young players we could get.
In defence of Raph, it was probably widely thought by everyone here that he was good pick up and most were surprised he lasted to our pick.
He has got talent, if he gets another chance, he plays best when he plays by instinct, not by stopping and trying to think his way through a situation.
