I had a feeling he might have, which is why I searched on Cricinfo... not a bad resume, played First Class cricket and 375 AFL games.

Looks like he made the right choice... only averaged about 17.
Craig Bradley was a dour opening bat who played a few games for Victoria. I seem to remember that he may have even played a game for Australia A. I could be wrong !!
I believe he may have played for Australia U19's or another age group team for Australia.

Correct, it was definitely under age Aussie team, not seniors, didnt get close. Another very good cricketer before footy took over was Alistair Lynch, who played rep cricket for Tasmania as an opening bowler.
