Suggest you avail yourself of your "membership rights" and get in touch with the club for a full description of Roughie's duties, objectives etc, etc for the interest of the forum.

Did the review examine his role/job description.
Assess his performance.
Did he reach his KPIs.
Is he considered valuable and effective.
Will we see him mentioned in the public reveal of the review?
