On reflection, I think I finally put it behind me when Roo retired as he was the last one of that team to have played.

2009 totally and utterly gutted for days...still gives me PTSD symptoms when I think about it.
The scene at Richmond station said it all...a sea of red white black and you could've heard a pin drop.
Geelong stole that flag and we helped them with the kicking for goal and Lyon benching Ball was unforgivable.

2010 Pies were the standout side, I watched the drawn game in England where we were on holiday, the replay I was on the plane back home...when we got to Tullamarine a Customs Officer told me Pies had thrashed us (and he was a Pies supporter).
I've never seen the match.

It was actually on Fox Footy the other day. I watched up until Goddard's goal then turned it off. We were dominating, but we lost a little momentum when the umpire did a terrible bounce after Goddard's goal and has to do it again.


Think of me long enough to make a memory.
