F@rking pre-emptive umpiring - call what you see - not what you think will happen
it was close - but the umpires & commentators called it
regardless - he has given away two

The thing that disappoints me most is how poor most of our experienced players are. They should be leading the kids by good examples.....

Not the rubbish disposal they are dishing up. I mean Joey...what has he had ? One decent kick all game?

agreed on his performance he is very mobile and having a crack
would love to see AR move Riewoldt into the backline & and watch the posts on his performance

Agree we need another FOX because we are going to need somne bucks injected to be competitive again. Assuming we won't win another game for season 2014 … it will probably be April 2015 by the time we win again. That's 12 months without seeing a win. And knowing many fans are fickle our membership is going to be down the drain in 2015.

Good bye TDL … we've given him a go. 2 shots on goals for 2 behinds not good enough.

Far to many plodders in the middle, can blame the likes of Gwilt and stanley all you like, but the end of the day when you have an overdose of plodders that rarely touch the ball it reads as a disaster. Then combine that with our two best run and carry midfielders who are supposedly elite having both under 10 possesions, it's lucky we aren't playing a good side...it would be 120 plus right now

Agree We need to get games into the young defenders and forwards and throw the more mobile and longer kickers into the midfield.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

Okay saints - all set up for a great come from behind win.
Or we may lose.
Great win or a loss. Odds in our favour in a weird sense.

they are judged differently
Roo just had an intercept kick in the midfield and a progression of carlton disposals result in a goal
if stanley or CJ did the same, the calls for delisting grow loud

The whole club has shut down for 2014 playing for draft picks only!

Great timimg Saints in one of the weakest draft years for sometime!

Or perhaps we a playing for dunbest football club of the last 20 years award.

Deplorable skills, lack of spread, a midfield who collectively couldnt run out of sight in the dark, older players who have given up.

TV just showed uncontested marks 100 - 54 halfway through last quarter
that indicates work rate
