Pathetic, stupid, insipid performance, watch out we will be absolutely smashed next week.

Stop bagging the side

No one wants to get injured the game is a dead rubber who fkn cares

Bring on the finals
You cop more injuries playing soft footy!
Going into the finals like this is stupid! Even going at 80% cats beat the eagles in a 'dead rubber' FFS. Insipid performance. We have more to play for than the crows ffs! We have a flag to go for and this s*** does not help. In fact it gives the cats that little bit more of an edge.

Turnovers, bad disposal lack of willingness to go for the ball. Rd 22 should be the time when we fine tune not absolutely butcher it against a team that has had no chance of making the finals for the past month and who have a list that is more like a goddamn country 3rd's team!

Form is very important and our is just rubbish.

At the moment we look like a rabble and Geelong we eat us alive next week. I can only hope we win the semi to salvage some pride.

saintkid, we will always have days where rooey isn't hitting them at all. Obvious that our 100% attention to this game hasn't come today and with it there will be shanks like that. Do not worry about this game.
Geez mate is that the best you can do?? They have been crap today. Take the blindfold off ffs. What's growing a pair got to do with it? Seems some of our blokes left their pair back in Melb or maybe should have borrowed my pair today! :)

I will bag this side when they play crap like this, when they get into bad habits.
You just can't turn on good form, especially in September.
If they carry this form into next week, Geelong will do to us what they did to the Doggies.
No you don't want to get injured, but you still got to want to win, because winning is everything, losing is what get's your club 20 wooden spoons and just making the finals this year IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THIS GROUP.
This pure crap no matter how you sugar coat it and I expect RL to tear strips off them.
We've only managed 5 goals in a game of football, that's real good for a top 4 team.
2 goals in the second half against a team that has two players out of action.
I've seen such dumb football from our experienced players and it scares me what this is going to mean over the next few weeks.

I do as we will go out in 2 sets if we dont hit some form now.

Not having a go is like saying bend over, my mind is already shot, we arent going anywhere anyway and we will still get injured.

Midfield clearances and clear winners are needed to make an effective forward line.

You need to protect the ball handler to increase posession efficiency

yes no one wants to get injured but you are just as likely to cop it going in soft as you are hard.

But if you believe this explains the performance and our mindset then I am more worried than ever.
last week the crows did exactly the same thing to the pies but they managed to ground out a win.
the difference atm between us and the pies and Cats.
They are playing for spots in the side, 20 of our guys are not.

If we can't handle the pressyre Adelaide put on us tonight, how are we gouing to handle Geelong's.
Winning form is good form, losing form sucks.
Incidently someone mentioned that only 1 premiership team in the last 20 years lost their last game of the season, not a good indicator.
Oh we've had 460 possessions for 5 goals. That's 92 per goal.

"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Not a great effort, and some ordinary umpiring decisions but I'm pretty concerned with our negative game plan. There is a place for the defensive stuff, but there is also a time to take the game on. We sure didn't do that today.

Apparently Fisher was jogging the boundary to test it out so I'm guessing it won't be too bad.

Im not entirely sure we tried to win that. It was so ultra negative and at no stage did we lift our intensity. When we were 16 points down we didnt even look to attack and were more than happy not to it seemed.

Umpires were very home town I felt especially in the Crows forward half.
