Franklin let his teammates down in a prelim. Lucky for them they have the cattle to win without him.

Considering the supply and delivery to Riewoldt, he played well and never stopped trying.
Riewoldt preformed fantastically given the hardship experienced through the midfield. Definitely.

It was pretty obvious that Clarko strategised to play through other than Buddy.

Let down? He drew constant attention and allowed Hawthorn to kick a winning score - I would say let down.
