That's the one where he was going for a mark and his opponent tried to use his head as a bowling ball by sticking fingers into his eyes and nostrils.

id rather see the same intensity like any normal week
going in half assed with pressure this week and the next and then hoping to switch it on against the cats is a worry for me.
just go in and get the footy like you need it to make finals

c'mon sainters
smash the tiges
bottom 2 ffs

Unfortunately I think some of our players who are out aren't all that injured.
It is dangerous to flout with your form around this time of the year.
Top two teams are flying, we are spluttering right now.

Small forwards need to lift. Milne, Schneider, McQualter and also Heyne have had no impact.

Miles looks like a seasoned player, Armitage does something good every time he's on screen, just needs to get amongst it more often.

We're missing the defensive qualities of Hayes and Jones, and the expert ruckwork/positioning of Gardiner.

Virtually unsighted, hesitates alot and his defensive pressure is non existent.

This year the over 20 rounds the opposition have had 392 scoring opportunites - thats 19.6 scoring opportunities per match - the best in the league - Tigers in the half have only had 11 shots at goal - pretty much on the average

The flip side for resting players a few weeks out is giving other players on the fringe a run in the seniors - also one less chance for key players to get injured going into finals

I hope someone patches up the hole Roo left. Someone will do an ankle.
Tigers have kicked 7 goals from turnovers.

Some poor umpiring still, we have no players on the ground when we go up for a mark and Tigers clear every time too easily out of our forwardline.

Roo goals

8 possessions 3 marks 2 tackles - thats about average for the team - can you point out where he has hesitated today or are you just being lazy in your assessment - nice by McQ to Peake then - no hesitation there
