Very very funny!
Chris and Matt did not see eye to eye.
Not much more to it than this.

He was running a porn ring from his office.

The spreadsheet was his boss key.

Disappointed he didn't stay to see his work come to fruition - and even more disappointed he had to take a few casualties along the way. Probably picked a bad time to announce it too - should have waited until after the draft...

I guess we will now see if we left too much responsibility to one man.

Didn't think Finnis and Beveridge would put up with a tool like Pelchin regardles of his strengths. Wherever Beveridge goes he succeeds. We have done extremely well to get him to our Club. He will have a massive influence and would be a gun senior coach.

Chris might need to work on his people skills for the next job.

Part of the club when Ross walked.

Let Zac leave (instead offering raph, peake, polo new contracts who played about 2 games between them that year) and didn't get a replacement for 2 years, his only endeavour a contracted injury prone WCE player)

Recruited an excessive amount of small forwards, 2 of which one dimensional forwards.

Part of the panel that appointed Scott.

Involved in the sacking & payout of Scott.

Gave out 2 year contracts willy nilly, when no need whatsoever.

Extended Tom Lees contract this year, no need IMO.

Was reportedly into Dowler & Thorp at the time, bit like letting Zac walk, can't be wrong...again IMO

Overinflated opinion of himself, thought so at a function last year when he launched Sandy buddy program.
I add to the list as I remember...

No I tell people on here what I heard from a person employed by the same club Pelchen was at and mentioned that from the start. Today reinforces what he told me IMO. The bloke is that arrogant and wants to much control. He has now been sacked by 2 clubs. One I am certain and I reckon our club as well. I never said it was fact he sacked, I said I trusted my mate but if you need to mention the word fact then go with it.

reads as a litany of disasters. Let's hope some good has come of it with some of the draft picks

Don't know. I doubt he would know as he isn't employed by the Saints. I will ask him but Im sure he will just say in his opinion he was sacked because he already has been once at the Hawks.

Surely you can't know which decisions are attributable to him. Also, a lot of these decisions are either: 1) too early to judge 2) not enough info to judge from the outside.

I get it makes people feel better now that he's left to think that he was a liability, but fact is, the guy was brought in to set up a stable and long lasting foundation. By definition, we can judge Pelchen's impact in 3 years time.

Sorry mate, I'll be sure never to mention the word 'facts' in relation to you again. So what's the latest goss?

To be fair, I've been consistent, and highlighted this through his journey with us...

Just something about him, oh well, gone now.

Is Pickering interested in moving to club land - appears to be the big mover in management

Whoever extended Lee's contract is a nuffy. I'm hoping that was Pelchen's doing
