BJ's knee to the head

Post: # 999527Post OhMyGoddard »

Does anyone think BJ may be in strife for dropping his knee into Luke Ball's (I think it was him) head.

Razor gave a free to Ball and some stern words to BJ.

Stern words but NOT a report.

Thought he was in the vicinity half-kneeling, and then got pushed over a bit towards Ball by a Collingwood player.

I've had a look at it.

Pretty nasty from BJ.

No push, knew exactly what he was doing and I bet he only did it because he didn't think there would be a next week.

Hopefully he has nothing to answer for but it doesn't look good.

What point in the game was it? I want to have a look

I was actually thinking what if someone went the knuckle thinking it was their last match and then there was a replay!

Nothing malicious in it. Rested it on his head with little force...free kick and not much else I'd say. Something to worry about though until we hear the official all clear.

BJ ought to be OK here, but I saw an important Saints player belt an opponent with a fist to the stomach. If it were Baker, he would probably get six weeks. Would rather not name the player or the time and location of the incident, just in case Eddie's spy's find a way to dig out the video.

Because penalties are DOUBLE in a Grand Final, an incident that normally attracts "points" will suddenly attract DOUBLE points, and the culprit will almost certainly miss the GF replay.
