I'm more than happy for them to wallow near the foot of the ladder for a while longer!saintsRrising wrote:If the Don's were smart they would sell the farm to get Roos..
But they will probably just try and keep the masses happy by getting Hird despite nil experience (Vossy says hi!!!!!).
The Saints are coming!

idiots.
Knights was a bad decision in the first place.
They have the money...They should be throwing the kitchen sink at Roos imo.
So should we to be honest.

I think we were guilty of throwing the kitchen sink at someone who would rather be playing golf and/or over-indulging in Red Wine a few years back !!bigred wrote:idiots.

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

If you were say Griffen at the Dogs considering an offer from the Dons would you accept it given the current turmoil?
= no.
But if the Don's landed Roos as coach..that may become a yes as Griffen would have confidence in Roos.
Flying the World in comfort thanks to FF Points....

I honestly believe he was appointed coach to be sacked.
Well not exactly
Any coach they put in after Sheedy was going to cope it big time from supporters ect, so they appointed someone to develop the list for three years and cope the flak and then appoint the coach they intended to back for a premiership.
Except last year making the finals made them think Knights is a good coach and extended his contract accordingly.
Knights coaching record before being appointed at Essendon wasn't very flash, and if memory serves right the reason he got the gig over others was because in his interview he said Essendon had a better list than what the other candidates said.
