Hopefully they are now over it and that the Port game was some indication of what's to come.
its not the bloody flu.

Not all viruses are the bloody flu.

Read the article again.

Drives me mad!
That makes you mad?:
Yes it does.

So many people talk about the flu when they have a bad cold.

They have zero clue what they are talking about.

I've had plenty of bad colds, plenty of bad coughs/bronchitus as well, but have never had the flu.

Otherwise known as 'man-flu', so they are half right.

I've had the flu once before, in fact it was last year, now I know the difference.

Now the Cats have a virus...

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/f ... 5906845074

Can't help but think if our boys timed it well, sickness and the resulting lethargy, would be a disaster this close to the finals.

Make no mistake about it the Magpies are a very good side and deserve premiership favouritism.

At our best we can beat them
All very true.

the flu stories get me amused.
1: No bulldog player got close enough to any of the cats last weekend to catch the flu (let alone the ball)
2: The professionalism of clubs these days leaving no stone un-turned in doing everything possible to get the best out of players, I would be staggered that AFL teams dont have mandatory flu shots.
and back to the OP
3: Why havent collingwood been hit?

The Magpies will come down with bird flu soon enough. Someone should infiltrate their headquarters and plant the virus.

Another opportunity awaits!

Thats fine. Who is Albert and I suggest you read articles first. Would stop you looking silly. Anyway I hope Lonergan recovers from the flu he caught of the WB players.

It is mainly that the wrong word is being used.

The players normally have a "cold" and not the "flu".

"Flu" shots provide no protection for the "common cold".
