I'll add a few more.
* good to see a few of our players take the game on and go for goal rather than sharing it around. In the second half especially we were very dominant while doing this.
*cannot believe I forgot this one. We didn't go for Roo every time when we went inside fifty. I remember reading something on Monday by Riewoldt saying that he thought they should kick it to the other forwards more often and not just him. Well we did that today. I reckon we genuinely kicked to Roo about eight-ten times. Considering we had around 50-60 inside 50s that is an excellent statistic.
* it was a four quarter smashing. The north game we flogged them in the first abs final quarters while it was about even in the middle. Same applies for the Adelaide and Richmond games. It was excellent to see us completely smash the opposition like that over four quarters.
* we can really improve on that. Obviously with games against Geelong and Collingwood we will take a different style of gameplan but at the moment the main problem is obviously confidence. We hav got it back now and can really do some damage now
* Port played pretty badly today but we MADE them play that badly by putting a LOT of pressure on them. It was at times reminiscent of our early 2009 form.

no we are not.OneEyedSainter77 wrote:Another one.
* we are half a game behind Geelong. I just like that because I am happy we are almost in the same place they are.
Look at the percentage difference - when they win, they often win big and win easily, whilst we struggle to win comfortably.
Also, they haven't been decimated in as many losses as we have.
i am Melbourne Skies - sometimes Blue Skies, Grey Skies, even Partly Cloudy Skies.
