Geelong or Collingwood?
Who would you prefer us to play in the 1st week of the finals????? I'd prefer us to play the Cats because I feel we match up better against them.

Uhm, Dunno, but the way they acted last night was as if they won the flag. The thing is we have beaten both side'sstkildathunda wrote:oh yea I forgot about that. So remind me why we are bothering with the rest of the season?Ralphy wrote:but apparently they have already won the flagstkildathunda wrote:Collingwood because we all know they will choke come September

Either one. At our best, I fear neither of them. Probably would sway towards Collingwood if I had to make a choice.
Geelong and St Kilda have a similar strategy heading into the finals this year. I would not be loosing any sleep over the loss to Collingwood last night if I was a Geelong Supporter. Geelong seemed off the boil and out of sorts (not unlike us since the Brisbane game this year). They will come good when it counts.

Here is something for all you nervous nellies when it comes to Collingwood.
Last night they dominated the Cats with inside 50's, 66 to 37.
It's almost like their bad kicking in front of goal is covered by a huge quantity of entries, they have the luxury to keep shooting for goal and eventually kick a winning score.
The only time in the last 4 weeks that they have been kept low by their standards, was against us in round 16, when our defence held them to only 43.
We had a shocker that day, and wasted so many opportunities in front of goal....on the flipside, guys like Leigh Brown were slotting them from all sorts of crazy angles.
If we can keep them to a similar amount next time we meet, and actually put on some scoreboard pressure.
I am confident we can beat anyone....
