What happened to Simpkin from senior team!

On thursday Simpkin was named on a extended bench and Steven was omitted not even on the bench.

Now Simpkin is out of the team and steven is on the Emergencys when not even name in the extended bench.

Can we do this or do we get fined could someone please let me know what is going on. thanks

s far as i'm aware......must be a doubt on one of the smalls...or they want to make sure simkin gets a game.....
