Re: Scapegoats fight back...
I missed the first 10 minutes so can't say much about that. But the rest of the game I saw, Kosi didn't do much.saintsRrising wrote:Kosi

Two contested marks that he surrendered to his man in the final Q didn't persuade me he's turned much around?
Agree re Dempster. Did ok.
Hird... The unflushable one is now... just a turd...
He did disappear down to the rooms for a short while either late in the first or the beginning of the second. Injury perhaps? Wouldn't be so quick to say that he went 'missing' until we find out why he went down to the rooms....clarky449 wrote:This, Kosi was playing great but then went missing for 3 quarters, not good enoughplugger66 wrote:Dempster was good but Kosi was poor after a great start. Surely he should have been confident with the start he had.
Fortius Quo Fidelius
Kosi's marking was great, leading pretty good, bloody hopeless if the ball's not in the air though, slow and gives away clumsy frees.SainterK wrote:You could say he was unluckly not to have two further shots on goal...
Good signs though

Should've, could've, did'nt..... He is becoming a liability and a shadow of his former self. After the first 17 mins he did absolutely nothing. He does not split the pack, he cannot take a contested mark, he second efforts are woeful, he cannot do anything below his knees.Pwoit wrote:Kosi dislocated a finger so that may have put him off
Should have had another goal but our runner stuffed that up
Should have been paid a marik on the line as well
He will probably play for the rest of the year but I will be disappointed if we cannot find a replacement for next season.
To accomplish great things we must not only act but also dream, not only plan but also believe.

Are you sure it was a finger and not a broken fingernail?Pwoit wrote:Kosi dislocated a finger so that may have put him off

Nice cameo in the first, then packed up and went home after giving away five frees and a fifty.
Old enough to repaint, but young enough to sell

had a great first quarter.
Great first quarter.
Then went completely missing for three quarters. Did not get another touch until late in the last.
We saw a glimpse of what he is capable of. That is all.

None.Mr Magic wrote:Just curious,
how many of our crumbing goals were the result of Kosi in a marking contest?
I ask only because I heard Ross Lyon on SEN this morning state that Kosi created contests which enabled our crumbers to score.
Schneider's were all his own;
Roo's likewise;
Dawson's was a gift from Buddy;
Steven and McEvoy were oportunistic, and
Milne was Milne. His second was from a spillage, but it was Roo who knocked it down to him.

charming.....your hatred of kossi knows no bounds...now you are even calling the coach a liar.....
milne's first goal was from a chain of kicks started by kossi.....
