Interesting Brownlow Votes last time we played Hawthorn

Post: # 960599Post Milan Faletic »

3: Armitage
2: Milne
1: Ball

Two players not there tomorrow, but more importantly two in and under players in the engine room.

Clearances will be the key and marks Inside 50.

My point was that as with other teams, if we can win the ball out of the middle and stop clean ball to the Hawks forward line, we will win.

I do remember that we played them in Tassie with 8 or so players out.

Pretty irrelevant as they also had a truckload of players out.....

All that matters is who is in the 22's that meet tomorrow and both are vastly different to that game.

The funny thing about clearances this year is that we win more when we lose them and lose more when we win them. So the key would seem to be getting Hawthorn first use of the footy.

Yeah nah pleasing positive

Stats are rubbish. If we come out to play we'll win, if we don't, like last week, we'll lose no matter what the stats are.

Yes I guess that's what I am trying to say. If the delivery to the Hawthorn forwards is stifled or under pressure, that would help us.

Last week we got killed out of the middle, but there were circumstances that effected the team.

That's the quote of the year, BS.

Should almost have an award for that one.
