mini is in trouble
zac is in trouble
kosi is treading water. Patto gives us nothing when the ball is not going our way.
Our rucks were terrible.
IMO changes
macca and dal in
dawson and patto out

If Gwilt goes back to defense, then Dempster surely must go.
Dal Santo is obvious, but do we chop a couple like McQualter and Kosi and go with the likes of Smith and Stanley?
With Riewoldt not anywhere near true match fitness, Stanley's speed and mobility could be useful. McQualter has been pretty quiet for some time, so this might be an opportunity to give someone else a go who has a bit more leg speed.
Could there also be a surprise with Gardiner given a rest and McEvoy and Pattison shring the ruck? That would be interesting.

Do we bring Raph straight in after 4-5 weeks on the sidelines?
DalSanto will come straight back in.
There could be plenty of discussion on Kosi V Benny
One thing that is for sure is that the guys in the VFL tomorrow have the perfect opportunity to shove their names under the coaches/selectors noses !!

In: Dal Santo, Armitage*
Out: McQualter, Dempster
* Depending on how he goes tomorrow
Kosi for Big Mac must surely be considered as well

I think Ross is getting a fair idea of what his ideal FINALS team will be.
Just tinkering in the lead up IMO.
Although yesterday may have been the last straw for a couple, and a few on notice this week.
Still a month and a half before the real stuff kicks in....the tinkering will continue with minimal changes IMO.
Maybe a rest for Len,Monty,Fish,Gilbo,Ray Ray,Schnads over the next few weeks.
The others left scrambling for spots in a team that can go all the way.
Top 4 is the aim now(i wanted top) with the Guns ready to explode come Sept.
In Ross and co. I trust.

Dempster is a dud... always has been, always will be... Adds nothing, must be dropped...
His constant selection is the one thing that never allows me to have 100% faith in RL...
He just isnt up to it, yet his inclusion in last years GF, and his fast-tracking into the team this year after being MIA for 3 months is bizarre... What do they see in him??
So he must go, Dal in..
McEvoy must come in... He was playing quite well, and got dropped.. If this was for a rest, then fair enough, but I dont see the point in giving him a week off for the sake of it... He needs footy, and alot of it to improve, as he was... A week off or in the 2's may well set him back a month...
Clearly, MG and BigMac must be our ruck combo for the rest of the year...
King will hopefully never play again... If he is called upon, injuries aside, we will be going the wrong way...
Steven must stay in, in the short term atleast... He has done enough in every game he's played to show he has a real x-factor about him that can cut it at the top level...
Raph must come in also, for his run and risk taking from defence... That'll take abit of pressure off Gilb, Chips and Jimmy to be the creative ones... Raph is also very good at peeling off and helping out 3rd man up... Very brave also...
Kosi is a worry, and it takes a lot for me to say that.... But Patto is not the answer.... Stanley might be...

The only certainty if fit is Dal.
Clarke should be given a run in the magoos to regain match fitness.
I wish they had given Grammy a run in the magoos.....he looks very rusty at the moment.

In : Bringing injured players back through the VFL.
Out : Rushing players back in who clearly aren't up to it just yet.
Changes vs the Hawks.
In : Dal Santo, McEvoy, Lynch
Out : Dempster, Koschitzke, McQualter
Kosi and McQualter need to find some form and they've had plenty of chances to find it at AFL level.
