Collingwood president Eddie McGuire has insisted the Magpies have no issues with St Kilda as the two clubs prepare for Saturday’s grudge match at the MCG.
Their round-three, Friday-night clash remains the most spiteful of the season, thanks to an ugly verbal spat at quarter-time featuring Magpies coach Mick Malthouse, his assistant Paul Licuria and St Kilda’s Stephen Milne.
Malthouse was fined $7500 after an AFL investigation over claims he labelled Milne a “f.....g rapistâ€

Well, I read on alf.com, that Pendlebury doesn't believe the Saints have the wood on the Pies either, so sounds like we're in for a thrashing as Collingwood have everything totally under control. They'd wanna hope they score in the second half this time round.markp wrote:Wow... that's very forgiving of himCollingwood president Eddie McGuire has insisted the Magpies have no issues with St Kilda as the two clubs prepare for Saturday’s grudge match at the MCG.
And these are the guys who still bleat on about some punch thrown in 1903...

Pleasure to be of service. In fairness, they did score during the second half in R3, just in small chunks.stinger wrote:degruch wrote:Well, I read on alf.com, that Pendlebury doesn't believe the Saints have the wood on the Pies either, so sounds like we're in for a thrashing as Collingwood have everything totally under control. They might not now. but they will certainly have a big issue with us by Saturday night. following their regular reality check from our boys...
ie how the hell can they beat us come September if they get the chance
I am as extremely confident as I have been over our last 4 or 5 encounters that they are no match for us and SAINTSFOOTY!!
tomorrow will just be a further reminder for them!
