stevie j. wants protection from big, bad baker

STEVE Johnson was surprised by the nine-week suspension handed to his mimesis Steven Baker.
But that's where the sympathy ends and the Cats star wants more protection from the umpires if the pair cross paths in September.

"I didn't expect him to get as many weeks as what he did," Johnson said. "I suppose they just judged each incident on what it was worth.

"mimesis" - imitation or reproduction of the supposed words of another, as in order to represent his or her character.

The proof reader in H-Sun screwed up. Supposed to be "nemesis".

Sookie J?

They obviously didnt judge his "incident" on what it was worth. 3 weeks for his elbows was total garbage.

It seems the only thing Geelong is better at than winning football games is whinging in the media

Would he perhaps like his own umpire each week that follows him around just to make sure he gets the proper protection?

'back from suspension'
or 'Back from Injury"

There's less squealers in an U12's netball team than Geelong.

Maybe he could be provided with special elbow protection pads incase any nasty players try to smash them with their faces.

If the Cats players carry their handbags in the right way they will provide a lot of protection for their elbows.

If such video existed: a) the MRP would look at it (wouldn't they?) and b) we'd surely draw it to their attention.

If you think their bleating is bad now, wait to see what it's like if we meet them again in a final.

They'll be howling the joint down and it will be clever too, because you know for certain that the next time Bakes runs to line up on Johnson the umpires will find an early shot at goal for our friend Sookie J.

Perhaps if he didn't dive and milk for free's so much, he would have a better relationship with the umpires.

All I can say is keep up the good work Bakes. Got under SJ's skin big time. Won't take much for him to lose his cool in the GF (if they make it..... :D )

Yep.

Complete shyte bloke is Johnson.......real sook...gets it from that whiny @ssed coach. Its in all of them - have a look at sad chucker "gazza" when things dont go his way.....Hate these punces - Scarlett the most.

IMHO Baker doesnt need to belt this girl to beat him.......but I hope he wears him like a glove.....oh and just watch the pretend tough guy Mooney (with that girl headband) come out flexing his boobs......scum....all of them.
