INS & OUTS FOR ROUND 15

Post: # 952889Post mohannair »

I think Gram may come in for next round. But not sure who will miss out. Also I think the Lions will be without both Fev & Brown.

Assume Dawson will stay for Fev.

If Grammy is ready he'll come in for Dempster, and Kosi will come in for Patto if he's ready.

Gram will play.

Kosi will also be back.

So need two outs.

Obviously Pattison. Second out? Someone will be very stiff. Personally I think Dawson, but he will stay.
So probably one of Geary or Dempster. Unless they rest Gardiner this week.

Fevless and Brownless is my mail.

Really, if ever a side was to succumb to our game plan, it is the Lions this week.

They don't have the leg speed to take on the corridor and they have no grunt up front.

Still, why do I think of it as a bit of a danger game?

How far away is Raph from playing again?

(I'm assuming he'll come back through the Zebras, but I'd be interested to know when this will be.)

meher baba, Why is it assumed that Raph will come back via the Zebras, but Gram who has missed twice as many games doesnt, nor does Roo?

Kosi and Gram back, Dawson (last man in, first man out), and Paterson out. If raph is ready, add Dempster to the outs.

I've previously disliked dempster whenever he has played, and have always prefered eddy, but the last few matchs, while he has been in, ive been quite impressed with his form. i reckon he almost diserves to stay in the side infront of geary, even though i have loved geary's work for the last 2 years

Out Patto, Demo and Zaco.

Wake me up when September ends.

In - Roo, Gram, Kosi
Out - Pattison, Geary, Dawson

If Roo's ready accg to the Doc then play him up there. Collingwood the following week will become a bloody circus otherwise.

Dempster's done enough to warrant ongoing faith. I strongly wish otherwise - I've tried mounting a case in my head - but Geary just hasn't.

In Gram, Kosi

Out Pattison, McQualter

Mcqualter again did not much except for laying a few tackles unlike round 13 where he played a good game.just becuase of their good form.
geary and dempster should stay ,

dawson will most likely stay a) becuase of Fev andb) becuase Lyon wants a proper full back to play on the big blokes. and he needs Dawson get some form in.

Agree if Grammy and Kosi are ready. Maybe Geary out instead of Dempster

In: Roo, Kosi, Gram

Out: Stanley, Pattinson, Dempster

Was a tossup between Dempster and Geary, but I think Gram will play more half back and less midfield being his first game back..so can take Dempsters place. Geary is finding plenty of the footy and running to good areas, even if his decision making and disposal are letting him down too often.

Pattinson stays if, God forbid, Gardy doesnt come up.

I'm not sure you could justify dropping Dempster based on his form over the two weeks that he's been back in the side.

IN: Kosi, Grammy;

OUT: Patto, Mini or Gears

!!

NEW scarf signature (hopefully with correct spelling) will be here as soon as it arrives !!

Have loved his attack on the ball though, I seem to recall he saved a few players from being caught 'holding the ball' by ripping it out of there. The same aspect of Peake's game that has been so encouraging.

Shows that competition for spots is very much alive, and I don't envy the decision makers.

A no risk approach with injuries is clearly being taken therefore it would not surprise me to see:

In: Kosi,

Out: Gardiner,

If they play Gram straight in to the 1sts then i would think perhaps a Pattison may go out

RL has indicated he wants to get Zac games so he will stay. Geary maybe under pressure although does his role well and Peake and McQ have been much improved in the last few weeks.

My gut due to travel and the rock ground called the Gabba no Roo this week.

Aparently Roey to play against the Lions. This makes it very intresting. May be Kosi, Gram & Roey all in. That will force us to make 3 changes may be even 4 if Ralph is fit.

Good headace to have at this stage of the competition.

Would be excellent to see Roo, Kosi and Gram all back in the side this week.
Hate to think of the boys who have to make way :(

No doubt we will have to wait till club takes all factors in to account ie fitness level, ground conditions etc before we know which way they will jump.

Surely Mini's been better than Geary.

If Roo plays i don't think Gram can come straight in.

We would then be bringing in 2 players which have not played for around 10 weeks each on a hard fast surface - huge chance of running out of legs in the last quarter.
Get some game time in to Gram in Sandy and bring him in the week after. puts more pressure also on Geary, McQ, Steven, Peake etc to continue to perform
